confession:

one of my pandemic pleasures became the individual slices of banana caramel cake at Whole Foods.

I’d always check to see if they had em on my way out. soo good.

this one’s even better. freezes v well.

it’s a cinnamon spice cake, layered between fresh banana slices and caramel, with a vanilla-caramel buttercream.

decadent.

caramel is made fresh because this cake deserves that.

probably my favorite cake.
