A meditation for us this AM 🌷:

(directing our attention inward)
May I be safe.
May I be happy.
May I be healthy.
May I live with ease.
(direction our loving energy outward)
May we all be safe.
May we all be happy.
May we all be healthy.
May we all live with ease.
I woke up already in an overly striving space — what’s my to do list? Who emailed me? What projects do I need to hit the ground running on?
Had to pause and realize, if my day starts like this 😩 the rest of the week will not feel good. So how can I redirect, and instead offer myself the gift of self-compassion?
A couple minutes of those mantras + breathing gave me a total shift in energy.
